If or when you choose to register for the convention, you will be transferred to our registration vendor. They are responsible for processing your financial transaction on their end. They may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, phone number, and what products you wish to purchase for the convention. This will be done over their secure servers. The NSS receives confirmation and details of your purchase, but not your credit card information. During the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having your name listed on our "Who's Registered" page on this website.
Some sections of this convention website may require you to log in using your existing username and password from the society's main website. This allows us to block sensitive content from being shared with the general public that may also view this site. This may include ride and room sharing services, presentation abstract submissions, and cave trip details.
